Senior Specialist (Data Analyst) 40-45K

Job Description

Being the Market Leader in the Engineering Service Field, our client is inviting professionals like you to join their fast-growing Sales Team for Asia Pacific Region.

Responsibilities

• To Consolidate data requirements for data formatting, processing, analytics and visualization
• Closely work with I.T. Team; To analyst and apply principles / processes that aid in system development (Build the online business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse set
• Fine-tune data warehouse data structure, regularly check data integrity and follow up with related teams for optimization
• To design, develop, test and maintain business reports for senior management
• To support business operation master data maintenance in system to ensure its consistency and accuracy
• To coordinate and monitor the Sales Department / Business performance for various Asia Pacific countries
• To coordinate with IT teams for system upgrade / implementation (such as process streamlining, requirement consolidation, test, Q&A)
• Report to Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, I.T., Quantitative Analyst or related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in Data Analyst from large multinational company environment
• Regional experience (China or Asia Pacific) is highly preferred but not a must
• Excellent communications skills with ability to develop constructive and cooperative internal and external working relationships
• Highly proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP knowledge is highly preferred
• others ERP system will also consider
• Strong experience in utilizing CRM / ERP systems
• Excellent written and communication skills in English is a MUST
• Mandarin is important
